Our objective is to use client-oriented approach. Each of our clients has a certain contact person, to whom the client can always express his or her wishes and offers in respect of works done. The contact person shall forward the information got from the client to the persons who perform works. Thus we prevent possible misunderstandings between the client and persons who perform works.
Quality guarantee. To provide better quality we use the newest technologies. For instance, when doing indoor cleanup we use dry cleaning, which is more environment-friendly and more appreciated. We purchase cleaning agents from well-known and certificated distributors. Our staff consists of responsible and experienced workers, for whom professional and development training.
Regular supervision of performed works. We supervise the quality of performed works regularly. We ask our clients to give a regular feedback in respect of works done to avoid misunderstandings and for exchange of current information about the course of works.
